If there are multiple authors, please agree to publish together and also who is the only one to publish in Theseus.
Please notice that it may take 2-3 days for your library to publish your thesis, on rush hours about a week.
Please also note that the URN-link copied from the submission page will only work after the library has published your thesis.
Make sure that all the necessary appendages/supplements are included.
You can publish your thesis only once so be sure to publish the version that your teacher has approved.
Please remember to take away all the personal information such as addresses, emails and phone numbers.
You can only use these in you work and appendages/supplements: 1-9, a-z, A-Z, _, - and shift.
All the thesis in the open collection of Theseus are available free online and they are included in the Google search. Make sure this is acceptable to your possible client and other authors. You can also choose the restricted collection. (More information)

Uploading a thesis to the Theseus Open Repository
1. Convert your thesis to the PDF/A format. Guide.
2. Name your file lastname_firstname, for example “Smith_ John.pdf”.
3. Go to the submission page in Theseus and begin.
4. Choose Lapland University of Applied Sciences and log in with your Haka credentials. After that you can select either open or restricted collection. (More information
5. Grant the license by selecting 'I Grant the License'; and then click 'Next'-button.
6. Choose files from your computer (the thesis and attachments) one by one. Possible attachments may include, for example, audio and video files or extensive guides. Upload. If the uploading doesn’t succeed, make sure that the name of your thesis won’t include forbidden signs.
7. Fill in at least the mandatory fields on the form. It will guide you on the way.
8. When you generate the URN identifier for your work, you can copy the link for Wihi if needed. Note that the link will only work once the thesis has been published.
9. After that choose next. Check the information and choose next.
10. You will get an email confirmation that your thesis is now in Theseus after Lapland University Consortium Library has checked your information. At the same time your thesis will be available online in open or restricted collection, whichever you chose earlier.
